Remote Teaching - Syllabus and Course Materials
In order to have a successful school year, the following are required and suggested:

Required:
  • Wired or Wireless Mouse for student's laptops or desktop
  • Internet
  • Cellphone capable of taking photos and video

Suggested Material and Hardware
  • Extra Monitor
  • Personal Laptop or Desktop with a dedicated Graphic Card
  • Digital Camera able to take photos and video.

These item are not required. They are only recommendations for students wanting to continue their creativity outside of school and extend their creativity. All assignment are manageable on HISD student laptop. Unfortunately, the student laptop has many limitation due to size and hardware specs.  

Parents interested in purchasing a laptop, computer, or monitor, please contact me at jstmary@houstonisd. I can assist in helping you with locating a store that will assist you in find the right laptop or desktop. Please contact me. I will be more than happy to assist.
